Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

As an invoicing officer, you are responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing to accounts for all legal entities of the Group.

We are constantly looking for innovative ways to make procedures more efficient in an ever-changing environment, both in a national and international context.

Specifically, this means:
- Managing and monitoring the standard invoicing process
- Managing and documenting complex account files
- Providing invoicing advice to the field organization and customers
- Ensuring compliance with legal invoicing requirements
- Setting up and enhancing the sending of invoices via various e-invoicing systems
- Thinking creatively in terms of continuous process optimization
- Working with the team, field colleagues, and accounts (national and international) to find innovative solutions

The Invoicing Officer fulfills, in addition to a role identical to that of the "Administrator," a series of other additional tasks such as:
- Being a driving force within Invoicing
- Developing new ideas and processes with the team to continuously optimize and improve productivity
- Promoting a feedback culture
- Ensuring good open communication within the team and with the entire organization
- Being a problem solver for complex, technical questions inherent to invoicing
- Taking an active role in the internal organization of Invoicing: work distribution, point of contact for unusual questions, respecting deadlines, etc.
- You report to the Invoicing Manager

- You have at least a Bachelor's degree
- You have a sense of responsibility and initiative
- You work in a structured manner
- You are autonomous, proactive, diplomatic, and customer-oriented, demonstrating entrepreneurship and achieving results
- You have strong logical and analytical thinking skills
- You are solution-oriented
- You have an eye for deadlines and work processes
- You possess excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues
- Your drive and commitment ensure high satisfaction among internal and external customers
- You are flexible within this constantly changing environment
- You are familiar with the IT environment and can work well with Excel/Google Sheets
- You are fluent in three languages (Dutch-French-English, both spoken and written)
