You want to step into the world of Finance, but you don't know yet which direction you want to take? With us, you don't have to decide. You just have to start.
As a Project Consultant at Captains of Finance, you get the chance to get a taste of the business world without committing.
For 1.5 years, you will gain broad experience in different functions and projects. With the help of personal coaching, you'll deepen your interests and build on your strengths.

What to expect when applying for a function?
- Screening
When you submit your application, we will first look closely to your CV. You will be getting a first feedback. If selected for an interview, you may expect to receive an invitation for an interview. - Meeting
During the interview we will present the way we work. Afterwards, it is up to you to talk about your interests, competences and ambitions. For certain functions, we will then invite you for additional tests or interviews. In this phase we also ask you to provide some references we can contact. - Contract
If we are convinced working with you, we will gladly present you a contract proposal. We’ll invite you again to discuss and sign the agreement. Very soon afterwards you will start as a Captains Of Finance consultant at one of our clients.
