Invoicing is responsible for the correct and timely billing to accounts for all Group entities. As a Business Support Administrator, you are part of the BA Invoicing team. The aim is to ensure that the invoicing process for all activities runs according to standards. The expectations of our local, national, and international customers are constantly changing, both in terms of shipping and invoice setup. We are continuously looking for innovative ways to make procedures more efficient.

Specifically, this means:

- Managing and monitoring the standard invoicing process
- Timely processing of consultants' timesheets
- Managing and documenting specific account files
- Providing invoicing advice to the field organization and customers
- Monitoring legal invoicing obligations
- Setting up and following up the sending of e-invoices via various e-invoicing systems
- Initiating and managing invoicing within an MSP structure for international clients
- Thinking creatively for the continuous optimization of processes
- Together with the team, field colleagues, and accounts (national and international), seeking innovative solutions.

Jouw profiel

- You have at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in an economic/financial field
- You have a sense of responsibility and initiative
