You will start in our Academy Pathway, where you will perform various functions and projects for 1.5 years. Thanks to our personal guidance and internal training courses, you will be able to delve more deeply into specific topics, further developing your interests and knowledge.

GO YOUR OWN WAY
We gradually adapt your Academy path to your personal experiences and preferences. Do you want to dive a little deeper into a project? Then you might stay a bit longer. As much variety as possible in as many companies as possible? That is also possible. We have a check-in moment every fortnight and an evaluation meeting every few months. Based on all the experiences and insights you gain, we will help you decide in which direction you want to continue after 1.5 years, all options in Finance are open to you! And we will be happy to guide you through that too


GET TO KNOW ALL THE OPTIONS
At Captains of Finance, you will immediately start working as a consultant. You get a taste of different financial positions in various companies and sectors. In this way, you may discover a new area you did not know about and which may pique your interest!


DEVELOP YOUR COMPETENCES
Thanks to regular contact moments, evaluations and training at our Finance Academy, you will quickly gain a deeper insight into your personal and professional competences.

Your profile

Are you an enthusiastic young professional who likes to take initiative? Do you have a positive attitude and are you keen to invest in your own development? And do you also recognise yourself in the following points? Then we might be a match!
- You have a master's or bachelor's degree in economics or finance
- You are flexible, dynamic and customer-oriented
- You have excellent communication skills and are easy to get along with
- You have a good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a good knowledge of English
