Captains of Finance is an HR services provider specializing in both recruitment and outsourcing of finance professionals.

We focus on Financial/Business Controllers, Business Analysts and Treasury professionals.

Omschrijving

Your main focus is the payroll budgeting process for the Belgian and Dutch offices. You are responsible for the complete process, from A-Z, from the collection of the HC planning to the final input into the finance tool. You work closely with both the HR Business Partners and the Finance Business Partner and are responsible for providing variance analyses, simulations and advice to achieve the set targets. Finally, you will provide the Management teams with multiple reports to explain the accrual.

In addition, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring monthly payroll actuals closely.
• Maintain strong rapport with payroll teams and HR leaders to understand and explain monthly payroll cost variances
• Point of contact for the management team regarding all HR & employee expense and personnel budget related issues
• Working closely with finance to create accruals, prepare forecasts and recharge costs to appropriate cost centers or to other entities
• Responsible for monthly consolidation and analysis of HR Opex
• Own monthly HR reports, analysis and recommend action

Takenpakket

• Minimum 2+ years related experience with focus on controlling, initial experience in an HR role is desirable
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of SAP Finance applications
• Knowledge of Belgian payroll & benefits aspects and tax implications is a plus
• Knowledge of Belgian accounting is a plus
• Fluent English language skills
